The Story of Baro Cook's Birth and Global Success

Since 1999, I have been exporting plastic airtight containers to 24 countries worldwide. However, by around 2010, competition in the plastic injection molding market intensified, and the company's profits declined. On top of that, China's aggressive low-cost strategy made it clear that developing new products was urgently needed.

By chance, I came across a heating pack that generates heat when it reacts with water. In that moment, I thought that combining this heating pack with the plastic containers I had been making could create an excellent product. It seemed like a highly useful solution for many people, especially for outdoor activities such as hiking or fishing, where it could serve as a portable lunchbox.

Thus, I merged airtight containers with the heating pack and created the world's first self-heating lunchbox. By 2011, I had registered utility models in six countries, including the United States.

As expected, Baro Cook received an overwhelming response from outdoor enthusiasts and achieved the milestone of being exported to 27 countries. Baro Cook grew as the world's only flameless cooking container, earning love from users worldwide.

Moving forward, we plan to develop even more diverse features for Baro Cook products, so that they can be used not only outdoors but also at home, providing versatile functionality anytime and anywhere.
